It is the Russian dealer of the Finnish concern Finndomo – the largest manufacturer of one-family houses in Northern Europe.
By 2008 work results company RappaDom is named the best dealer of the Concern. In 2009 the largest manufacturer celebrates 70-years jubilee.

The amount of low-rise houses construction exceeds 60%

For the first 9 months of the year 2008 low-rise houses with the total area of 383 000 sq. meters were put into use in the Leningrad Oblast. This was announced by Serguey Abramchik, head of the Regional Committee on Construction in his speech at the conference Low-rise Building in the Leningrad Oblast: engineering infrastructure development solutions and the use of state-of-the-art construction technologies.

Deputy Executive Director of the national Agency for low-rise houses and country houses building (NAMIX) Alexandra Mochalova told building owners about different ways of governmental support for them. The NAMIX representative emphasized that there is an opportunity now to get subsidies from the Investment Fund of the Russian Federation to cover the expenses for land development. As Alexandra Mochalova said this year the sum of subsidies amounts to 80 bln. rubles. She also admitted that it is not very easy to get the subsidies but there is information that proves that the owners of large-scale low-rise building projects will get a billion per each this year already.
