Terms of participation 2012 INTOURFEST 2012
Dear colleagues, Welcome to INTOURFEST, an annual business meeting of travel trade visitors. INTOURFEST will take place in PetroCongress (5, Lodeynopolskaya str., Chkalovskaya metro station) on February 17, 2012. INTOURFEST is the first in St. Petersburg meeting of travel trade visitors of the year. INTOURFEST allows you to define development trends of the tourism market, meet colleagues and find new travel destinations. INTOURFEST is popular with tourists who are interested in travel offers for spring and forthcoming summer vacation season. Broad advertising campaign covering the press, radio, the Internet and billboards favours attraction of a larger number of trade specialists and visitors. INTOURFEST is visited annually by more than 2,000 specialists of the travel industry. PARTICIPATION COST
TERMS AND CONDITIONS A Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) wishing to take part in the business seminar shall send the application form filled to the Organising Committee before 20 January, 2012. Payment for participation shall be made before 25 January, 2012 on the basis of the invoice issued by the Organiser. Direct participation cost includes accreditation of 2 representatives, 1 table, 2 chairs, the Company name board, participation in all events except those requiring a personal invitation, information handouts, your company profile in the catalogue, 10 complementary tickets, general advertising in mass media. Any person distributing advertising materials on the territory of the event shall be accredited. ÷šAccreditation cost per one person amounts to 40 EURO. The information about your company to be printed in the Catalogue shall be provided not later than 20 January, 2012. Indirect participation cost provides: The information about your company (up to 300 characters) sent to the Organising Committee before 25 January, 2012 is placed on the stand of indirect participation and distributed by the stand employee to all the interested. Business cards of those interested are sent the Participant. The cost also includes general printing your company profile in the Catalogue. Cancellation of participation: In case of cancellation the Organising Committee returns the participation cost paid excluding operation expenses as follows: 1) before January 20, 2012 - 50% Business program is made on the basis of preliminary requests sent to the Organising Committee before January 20, 2012. ÷š The hall rent price (per hour) - 189 EURO.
