DEAR COLLEAGUES!

Welcome to INTOURFEST, an annual business meeting of travel trade visitors. INTOURFEST will take place on February 5, 2010, in PetroCongress (Lodeynopolskaya str., Chkalovskaya metro station).

INTOURFEST is the first meeting of travel trade visitors at the beginning of the year in St. Petersburg. INTOURFEST allows to evaluate the tendencies of tourism market development, meet colleagues and get acquainted with new destinations. INTOURFEST is popular with tourists who are interested in offers for spring and forthcoming summer vacation season. Broad advertising campaign in press, radio, Internet and billboards favours the attraction of a large number of specialists and visitors.

INTOURFEST is visited annually by more than 2000 specialists of travel industry.

PARTICIPATION COST

• WORK SPOT – 455 EUR
• INDIRECT PARTICIPATION – 80 EUR

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

A Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") wishing to take part in the exhibition shall forward its application form to the Organizer before 20 January, 2010.

Payment for participation shall be made before 25 January, 2010, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Organizer.

The Participation Cost includes: accreditation of 2 company representatives, 1 table, 2 chairs, nameboard, participation in all events except those requiring personal invitation, participant handouts, information in the official exhibition catalogue, 10 complementary tickets, general advertising in mass media. Each company representative distributing advertising materials on the territory of the exhibition must be accredited.

Accreditation cost of one representative – 40 EUR.

Catalogue: Information for the catalogue is provided not later than 20 January, 2010.

Indirect participation: Companies wishing to participate indirectly pay the registration fee and send information materials (the number of materials up to 300) before 25 January, 2010. Materials are placed on the stand of indirect participation and are spread by the stand employee to all interested companies. After the exhibition business cards of interested companies are sent at the address of the Participant.

Cancellation of participation: the Participant pays the penalty in the following sizes:

1) Cancellation of participation until January 20, 2010 – 50%
2) Cancellation of participation after January 20, 2010 – 100%

Official Events Program (round tables, presentations, seminars, etc.) is formed on the basis of preliminary applications sent to the Organizers before January 20, 2010.

The hall rent price (1 hour) – 189 EUR.

Participants' Registration: February 5: 9 a.m –10 a.m. (PetroCongress (Lodeynopolskaya str., Chkalovskaya metro station).

Working Hours: February 5, (Friday): 10 a.m – 6 p.m.
