APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION AND DEADLINES FOR SUBMITING
DOCUMENTS
A company wishing to participate in the Exhibition shall send an application
and the company information for the Exhibition Official Catalogue to the
Organizer's address prior to February 18th, 2010, then it is registered
as an Exhibitor. Applications received after February 18th, 2010 will
be processed upon available vacant exhibition spaces. Upon reception of
your application the Organiser will forward the Contract for Participation
in the Exhibition and information on all types of additional services
to the Exhibitor.
COST OF PARTICIPATION
Cost of participation includes: registration fee, cost of exhibition space
and additional services.
1. Registration fee
Exhibitor shall pay the registration fee that amounts to 475 EURO (including
VAT). Registration fee includes: a copy of the Exhibition Catalogue;
a package of information documents; participation in all Exhibition events
apart from the events that require personal invitation; placement of information
in the Official Catalogue of the Exhibition (max. 500 characters); visitors
registration; 2 complimentary tickets to the stand-up reception; 5 complimentary
tickets to the Exhibition.
2. Exhibition space only
1 sq. m. of space only: 260 EIRO (VAT incl.) if the application
is submitted prior to February 1st, 2010
1 sq. m. of space only: 308 EURO (VAT incl.) if the application
is submitted after February 1st, 2010
Space only includes an exhibition space, 1 Exhibitor
badge per each 4 sq. m. which entitles the Exhibitor with the right to
enter the Exhibition, general security of the exhibition venue, insurance,
aisle and public spaces cleaning.
Note! In case of construction of a double deck stand the cost of
the second floor deck space amounts to 50% of the cost of 1 sq m of space
only including VAT.

INDIRECT PARTICIPATION
The cost of indirect participation amounts to 475 EURO (VAT incl.).
A company can participate in the Exhibition on an indirect basis. In this
case the Organiser, if the Exhibitor wish, places advertising literature,
information handouts and commercial offers on the stand of indirect participation.
Moreover information on the company (max. 500 characters) is placed in
the Exhibition Official Catalogue and a copy of the Catalogue is sent
to the Exhibitor.
Information materials (black&white or full colour), trade mark picture,
logo, etc. also can be placed in the Exhibition Official Catalogue as
an additionally paid service. All the materials shall be send to the Organiser
online prior to February 18th, 2010.
The cost of additional materials (VAT incl.):
- Cover (3rd, 4th pages) 1290 EURO
- á5 page in the Catalogue (full colour) 693 EURO
- ½á5 page in the Catalogue (full colour) 420 EURO
- Logo placement (b&w) 157 EURO
- á5 page in the Catalogue (b&w) 420 EURO
- ½á5 page in the Catalogue(b&w) 300 EURO

THE EXHIBITION OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
The Exhibition Official catalogue is composed in the Russian and English
languages and based on the materials about companies sent by Exhibitors
within February 18th, 2010. The company information shall be submitted
according to the form you can find in the website www.restec.ru/transcon.
Note! If your services or products are subject to be licenced,
your advertising materials shall contain the licence number and the authority
that issued the licence. Advertising of products subject to obligatory
licencing, shall contain the note subject to obligatory licencing. Dully
certified copies of licences and certificates shall be sent to the Organiser
together with the Company information to the Exhibition Catalogue.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Payment of the cost shall be effected in Rubles at the exchange rate
fixed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation upon the date of payment,
but not less than 42 Rubles per 1 (one) EURO.
The date of payment is considered to be the date of writing the sum off
the Exhibitor's account.
The cost of the Agreement does not include the cost of transporting and
insurance of the Exhibitor's property to be placed at the stand. The Exhibitor
undertakes all the expenses.
The cost of incomplete square meter of space only shall be paid as a full
one by the Exhibitor.
In case of construction a double decked exhibition stand the cost of the
second floor space amounts to 50% of the cost of the booked space only.
Payment upon the Contract shall be effected on the basis of the Organizer's
invoice and according to the following procedure:
- in case of signing the Contract less than 6 (six) calendar months
before the date of the Exhibition opening: the Exhibitor shall effect
advance payment amounted to at least 70 (seventy) per cent of the total
cost of the Contract within 7 (seven) calendar days since the date when
the invoice was issued for payment.
- in case of signing the Contract more than 6 (six) calendar months
prior to the date of the Exhibition opening: the Exhibitor shall effect
advance payment amounted to at least 50 (fifty) per cent of the total
cost of the Contract within 7 (seven) calendar days since the date when
the invoice was issued for payment.
- the total payment for participation in the Exhibition shall be effected
within 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the date of the Exhibition
set-up.
The Exhibitor shall inform the Organizer with the number
of money order, date and sum of the payment; in a case when the sum is
not transferred to the Organizer's account by the beginning of the Exhibition
set-up or the payment transfer is not confirmed with the money order,
the Organiser has a right to decline responsibilities upon the Contract
and to deny Exhibitor access to the Exhibition, although the Exhibitor
shall compensate the Organizer for loss.
In case when the Exhibitor submit an application for additional services
which are not provided upon the Agreement, the Exhibitor shall pay for
the services separately. Mutual settlements shall be performed within
3 banking days on the basis of Acceptance Certificate to be signed by
both Parties on the last day of the Exhibition. Total cost of the Organizer's
services provided to the Exhibitor shall be stated in the Acceptance Certificate.
CANCELLATION
In case of reduction of exhibition space or cancellation Exhibitor
shall effect payment of the following penalties:
- In case of notification on reduction of exhibition space or cancellation
from 3 to 4 months prior to the specified date of set-up works
at least 50% of the cost of the Contract;
- In case of notification on reduction of exhibition space or cancellation
less than 3 months before the Exhibition set-up at least 70%
of the cost of the Contract.
- In case of written reduction of exhibition space after the Contract
signed the Exhibitor shall pay the Organizer a penalty of 10% of the
exhibition space reduced.
