	III International Specialized Exhibition  Transport construction: roads and bridges, ports and terminals, airports

Specialized Exhibition of Transport Construction and Infrastructure TransCon 2010 will be held with the support of the Ministry of Transportation of the Russian Federation, Government of Moscow and International Transport Academy on 17-19 March at Expocentre.

The level of transport infrastructure development considered to be one of the most vital factors of smooth functioning of the state industry, economy and trade as well as a receipt for convenience and safety of the transporting process participants. The modern objectives of the industry can be expressed in constant improvement of transport service quality and provision of high level of safety and comfort. These are the basis for the Transport Congress 2010.

The Congress mission:

• Provide an effective communication site for direct dialogue, exchange of ideas and mutual cooperation between the industry business partners and representatives of state government authorities and scientific institutes.
  
  
• Demonstrate successful infrastructure development projects related to railway transport, tunneling property management, transport construction technologies, use of specialised materials and equipment and promotion of investment attractiveness of transport and tunneling construction.

Plenary session
The Congress will be started with a plenary session which is to make review and analytic reports on most important issues of the industry related to the transport strategy of the Russian Federation, legislative support of the transport industry, technical and technological upgrade of the industry, etc.. The Congress is planned to be participated by over 300 trade visitors, among them representatives of the state authority industry branches, leading experts and top managers of the largest industry companies, analysts.
