Seregey Morokin, Timbermash Baikal, LLC Business Director:
- We participated in the KRASNOYARSK Exhibition for the first time presenting John Deere harvesting equipment. We have met seriously interested clients and found new partners. I am convinced that all the plans will be executed within the forthcoming 6 months. We are surely going to participate in the next year Exhibition, as I have already submitted the application. We are going to take a larger stand. This year one model of our machines was exhibited in the open air site and the next year we plan to exhibit two models.
Valery Andruhin, Remtechnika, LLC Director:
- We represent harvesting machines of Finnish corporation Ponsse. The machines are interesting but very expensive. Ponsse is a well-known company in the central Russian market, though not in the Krasnoyarsk marker. There are profound trends of the region. There was surely our target audience at the Exhibition. There were people who have decided to buy our machines right at the Exhibition and so went to take a loan. The nearest days we plan several business negotiations with representatives from Khakassia and Boguchani.
I think the Event was one of the best and well organized exhibitions. The fact the Exhibition director was at the venue and so could help any time proves considerable attitude of the organisers towards participants and visitors.
Olga Sizemova, Sorb, LLC Director General:
- This is the first tine for us to visit Krasnoyarsk. We represented two companies of our concern: Hekotek and Heinola. The companies produce woodworking equipment. The Exhibition was interesting and successful.
It is worth saying I think that the Krasnoyarsk Exhibition was rather more interesting that those in other cities we had visited and participated in. Visitors here were more active, more serious and they asked specific questions. I rather say the Krasnoyarsk Exhibition is nearer to the final consumer who we are interesting in.
Oxane Filina, USNR Regional Manger:
- We exhibited American harvesting equipment, equipment for plywood and veneer production. We are fully satisfied with the Exhibition. We have met our old partners, talked about our business and considered the future plans. Strategically it is very important for a company to participate in such events to see all the European competitors. Especially, taking in account the fact that it is very difficult for an American company to enter the Russian market. We have met companies we are interested in and potential consumers. We usually participate in exhibitions of large Russian regions, like Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, and the largest exhibitions abroad. The Krasnoyarsk exhibition does not at least differ. We plan to expand our participation in the next year exhibition.
Nezih Ustunkarli, USTUNKARLI Director General:
- Our company produce high quality sawmill equipment for 25 years. Unlike our competitors we produce the whole range of sawmill equipment for woodworking plants. We have participated in the Krasnoyarsk exhibition for the firs time. Before that we exhibited our products in Moscow only. We have noticed benefits of the region and the Exhibition. And we have already signed a contract with the head of 'KRASNOYARSK FAIR' Exhibition company for annual participation in the Exhibition within the next five years.
Alexander Myagkov, ëáíI-Yenisei, LLC Director:
- We exhibited modern equipment for homebuilding beams production made in Bulgaria and Canada. We presented a press for laminated timber beans joints processing. The press allows to store up sets of beams for a house construction. The press has been highly appreciated at many Russian house building factories, and is considered as one of the best according to price - quality index.
We have already participated in the Krasnoyarsk Exhibition several times. The Exhibition was a positive one: we could find new potential clients, had a round of talks with our partners. I think we will soon sign contracts on equipment supply. We also plan to participate in the next year Exhibition.
Vladimir Zaharov, Head of ELSI Marketing Department:
- We produce woodcutting millers with hardmetal blades for working solid wood, chipboard or MDF. In the present year of decline in production it is necessary to show that we are 'alive' and continue to work successfully.
The most attractive fact of us is that we were the only Russian company at the Krasnoyarsk Exhibition which produces such equipment and sells it at manufacture's price. For the four days of the Exhibition we worked with both visitors and participants. For example, we were lucky for having a company that produces woodworks and needs our equipment as a neighbor. We hope for long-term cooperation with them.
We have always been satisfied with organisation and attendance level of the Krasnoyarsk Exhibition, and we liked being surrounded with keen attention of organisers.
Johanssen Van Der Linde, Henkon Siberia, LLC Technical director:
- We were well satisfied with the Exhibition results. We liked the Exhibition organisation and visitors who were really interested in our machines. We exhibited woodworking machines for harvesting, logging, and loading, and mobile and stationary crusher machines. We have also presented our excavators with various headers used for sawing, disbarking and for other main operations on woodworking. We produce both in Russian and in Holland.
In comparison with other Russian cities where we had participated in the woodworking exhibitions, we have found here more visitors interested in buying our products. We have often had a situation like when other participants come with an offer of cooperation. We are satisfied with participation in the Exhibition and will be more thoughtfully prepared for the next Event.
