TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

A company willing to participate in the exhibition should send an application form to the Secretariat before the March 1, 2007. After that it is registered as an Exhibitor. On the basements of the application form the Secretariat sends a contract and a payment check to the Exhibitor.

Registration fee equivalents to 450 ÅurÏ and includes the placement of the information about the Exhibitor in the Official catalogue, 1 copy of the Official catalogue, a CD disc with informational materials, 2 accreditations providing a constant free entrance, 1 invitation for the official brunch (price for the extra invitation is 48 euro), providing of an access mode and the visitors' registration.

The Exhibitor can have co-exhibitors on his stand, who have to follow the present Terms of Participation and to pay a registration fee equivalent to 450 euro (for each companÕ).

Mass media representatives cannot appear as co-exhibitors. In case of violation a fine equivalent to one registration fee (450 ÅurÏ) is imposed to the Exhibitor, which stand contained mass media exposition.

The registration fee includes 2 accreditations. Additional accreditations can be ordered in the Direction office. The price for each additional accreditation is 10 ÅurÏ.

Exhibitor's colleagues, willing to visit the exhibition can use invitation tickets or buy a ticket at the pay-box of the exhibition complex.

The price for 1sq.m. of unequipped exhibition ground equals to 240 ÅurÏ and includes the general security, cleaning of the passages and public spaces, as well as the general advertising of the exhibition.

A number of the stand and a name of the company (coating sign) should be indicated on each open to the passage side of the stand. The sign is made on the Exhibitor's expenses.

If the order is done for over 50 sq.m., the discount equals to 5% from the price of unequipped exhibition ground.

For loyal customers (those who participate in the exhibition for the 3rd time or more) the discount equals to 5% from the price of unequipped exhibition ground.

If ordering the exhibition ground with a better observability, the added price will be:

• for the stand, opened from 2 sides (corner) 10%
• for the stand, opened from 3 sides (semi-island) 15%
• for the stand, opened from 4 sides (island) 20%

If ordering an exhibition ground close to the entrance, the added price will equal to 20% from the price of an unequipped exhibition stand.

The payment for the participation based on the prepared invoice should be carried out in rubles, according to the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of the payment. The advanced payment equivalent to 100% of the registration fee and at least 30% from the cost of the exhibition ground should be paid within 5 banking days after the invoice has been made out. The final payment should be completed before the March 15, 2007.

The Exhibitor agrees to inform the Direction about the refuse to participate in written. In this case the Exhibitor has to pay the forfeit equivalent to:
- more than a month before the set-up works - 50% from the price;
- less than Á month before the set-up works - 100% from the price.

An Official catalogue in Russian and English, based on the information obtained from the Exhibitors is published prior the opening of the exhibitions. Information for the catalogue (name, contacts, brief resume - 50-60 words) in Russian and English should be handed in the digital format before the 1 March 2007.

CONSTRUCTION AND ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE EXHIBITION STANDS

On the questions concerning construction (standard, individual projects, own structures stands), furnishing the stands with the exhibition equipment, furniture, stock, as well as concerning the following services:

• attaching to the engineer communications, telephone and internet lines,
• hanging-up of light constructions and banners,
• order of an additional equipment (computers, audio-, video- equipment and office appliances),
• providing with the assistant staff
