Payment procedure
The exhibitor shall effect advance payment after the application is registered and the invoice is received as follows:
- in case the agreement is signed 6 months before the exhibition start: the Exhibitor shall pay 70 % of the total cost within 5 banking days since the invoice day;
- in case the agreement is signed over 6 months before the exhibition start: the Exhibitor shall pay 50 % of the total cost within 5 banking days since the invoice day.
Final payment value shall be effected min 30 days before the exhibition set-up.
The cost of the agreement does not include transfer and insurance fees of the Exhibitor property to be located at the stand. The Exhibitor is responsible for all expenses.
Cancellation
It is provided for an Exhibitor to cancel the participation as far as the Exhibitor pays the Organiser expenses as follows:
- in case of written cancellation 3 - 4 months before the date of the exhibition set up – 50 % of the agreement cost;
- in case of written cancellation less than 3 months before the date of exhibition set up – 70% of the agreement cost.
NB! In case products or services you produce shall be licensed, note to specify the licence number and the name of organisation issued the licence. Any information and advertising materials of the products or services subject to be licensed shall contain the notice "subject to be licensed". Dully authorized copies of licences and certificates and shall be emailed to the Organising Committee together with the company profile.
