The INTERFOOD exhibition invites you to St. Petersburg!

The 16th INTERFOOD International exhibition of food products, drinks and ingredients will take place on April 3-5, 2012, in St. Petersburg, Russia. The organisers are RESTEC® Exhibition Company, Primexpo ltd, ITE Group Plc.

RESTEC® Exhibition Company invites you to participate in INTERFOOD International exhibition of food products, drinks and ingredients. Since its launch in 1997 the INTERFOOD Exhibition has become one of the key exhibitions in the field of food industry in Russia’s North-West. Each year the exhibition attracts the sector’s progressive professionals contributing to development and advancement of the industry.

Targeted marketing, high-quality services rendered to the participants and attendees, and the unique business atmosphere have created the exhibition’s highly appreciated standing which continuously attracting more and more of the leading suppliers and manufacturers to this prestigious meeting point. Among other examples, it was the INTERFOOD 2011 exhibition were Air Liquid and Weber – companies belonging to the food industry’s leaders – presented their novelties and achievements for the first time. In total, 124 companies from 9 countries took part in the INTERFOOD 2011 exhibition: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Greece, Germany, Poland, Pakistan, and Indonesia. Many companies chose this very event for their debut in Russia’s North-West.

INTERFOOD-2012 will embrace confectionary goods and bakery; groceries, meat and sausages; dairy products and cheese; seafood; frozen food and prefabricated products; tea and coffee, soft and alcoholic beverages; food ingredients, additives and spices.

The new section of INTERFOOD will cover the fast food industry: fast food networks, food-courts, network franchise enterprises, drinks, ingredients, instant dishes for fast food, equipment for cafes and bars, wending machines, mobile shops, consumables, uniforms, technologies as well as services for fast food are to be presented within the section.

According to the program, the exhibition’s Matchmaking Centre will be operational – an in advance drawn up schedule for business talks with the participation of customers; manufacturers; suppliers of food products, equipment and package; trade networks and retail shops; wholesale buyers from Russia’s North-West and other regions. The organizers will also invite desirable target clients on participants’ demand.

The best production samples will be included in BEST FOOD PRODUCTS contest and show.

The business program – the North-Western Food Forum – is in the spotlight of particular interest for the professionals. Conferences, meetings, seminars and master-classes will be held Within the Forum’s framework. The following topics are to be examined and thoroughly discussed: Food Security and Food Safety; Entry into the WTO. Training seminars will be also held for food production technologists.
