The Company wishing to take part in the Exhibition shall send to the Organizer's address an application for participation no later than 14.03.2008 after which the Company will be registered as Exhibitor.

Participation in the Exhibition with a stand:

Cost of participation includes registration fee, cost of exhibition space, cost of additional equipment and services.

Registration fee – 456 EURO

Registration fee includes: placement of information about the Exhibitor in the Official Catalogue of the Exhibition (up to 500 characters), a copy f the catalogue, 2 accreditations with provision of permanent passes, 1 invitation to the official reception ( cost of additional invitation amounts to 110 EURO), package of information documents, 5 complimentary tickets to the Exhibition and participation of Exhibitor's representatives in all events of the Exhibition apart from events that require personal invitation.

Cost of 1 sq m of space only amount to 250 EURO

Cost of space only includes rent of exhibition space, general security of Exhibition, general aisle and public spaces cleaning, general exhibition advertising.

Cost of 1 sq m of equipped space amounts to 300 EURO

Cost of equipped exhibition space includes rent of exhibition space, exhibition unit of ordered floor space assembled from wall panels, fascia panel with the name up to 10 characters, carpet flooring, one coatrack, one wastebasket.

All prices do include VAT!

Exhibitor can order additional equipment at its option according to the list and price list provided in the Attachment to the Exhibitor Manual.

Surcharges

• Additional fees for stands with improved observability (in % from the cost of space only):
  10% – space opening onto two aisles (corner)
  15% – space opening onto three aisles (peninsula)
  20% – space opening onto four aisles (island)
  
  
• In case of construction of a double-deck exhibition stand the surcharge is 50% from the cost of space only of the first deck.

Indirect participation in the Exhibition:

Indirect participation – 456 EURO includes:

• placement of text about the Company and Company logo in the official catalogue of the Exhibition (max. 500 characters)
  
  
• accreditation of 1 Company representative
  
  
• dissemination of advertising materials provided by the company at the Exhibition
  

Payment procedure

Upon registration of the Application for Participation by the Organising Committee the Exhibitor effects advanced payment that amounts to no less than 30% from the cost of participation and 100% of registration fee within 5 bank days from the day of invoice receipt. Final payment for participation shall be effected no later than 30 days prior to beginning of the set-up.

Cancellation

In case of reduction of exhibition space or cancellation after the Application for Participation has been registered by the Organiser, the Exhibitor shall pay the actual costs to the Organiser in the amount of:

• over than a month prior to Exhibition set-up – 50% from the cost of participation;
  
  
• less than a month prior to Exhibition set-up – 80% from the cost of participation.
  Exhibitor shall notify the Organiser in written form about reduction of exhibition space or cancellation.

Official catalogue

An official catalogue is published in Russian and English, based on the information obtained from the Exhibitors.

Text information (company name, contacts, brief resume - 50-60 words) in Russian and English should be handed in the digital format (MS Word) before the 1 March 2008.
Graphical information (logo, advert model) should be handed in bitmap format (Tiff, Psd. (300 dpi) or in vectorial format (Ai, Eps).

Information for the catalogue should be sent to e-mail (or provided on CD) no later than 10 March 2008.
