APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND
DEADLINES
A company wishing to take part in the exhibition shall forward its application
to exhibit to the Organizer before 15 September 2004, after
which it will be registered as Exhibitor. After receiving the application,
the Organizer shall send the Exhibitor a Contract to Exhibit, information
on all additional services and a list of additional equipment. The Participation
Cost includes rent of exhibition space and additional equipment, registration
fee, and additional services.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is EUR 456. The registration fee includes placement
of a company description in the official catalogue (up to 500 characters)
and on the Internet, 2 exhibitor badges, a copy of the official catalogue,
participation in all the exhibition events except for those requiring
personal invitation.
EXHIBITION SPACE COST
Exhibitors can select:
- Space only (EUR 240 per sqm) including exhibition space, general
security, cleaning of gangways and general advertising of the exhibition.
- Standard equipped stand (EUR 300 per sqm) including exhibition space
with a stand shell erected thereon, a fascia board, floor covering,
a table, 2 chairs, 1 spotlight per 9 sqm, a waste paper
basket, a rack, general security, cleaning of gangways and general advertising
of the exhibition.
- Individually designed stand - in case the Exhibitor wishes to construct
an exhibition stand to an individual order, it should provide the Organizer
with a sketch of its exhibition stand and a list of required equipment
and furniture.
EXTRA CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
The extra charges for stand upgrades are as follows:
10% - for a stand open onto 2 sides (corner)
15% - for a stand open onto 3 sides (peninsula)
20% - for a stand open onto 4 sides (island)
If you order a stand over 50 sqm the discount will be 10% of the ordered
exhibition space cost.
Repeat exhibitors (which participate in the exhibition for the third
time and more) shall be given 5% discount on the cost of the ordered exhibition
space.
INDIRECT PARTICIPATION
The cost of indirect participation is EUR 200. In this case the Organizers
will place the Exhibitor's promotional materials at a special information
stand, will include its company description in the official catalogue,
provide the Exhibitor with a copy of the catalogue and possibility of
accreditation (badge) for one representative.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The payment for participation shall be made on the basis of the invoice
issued by the Organizer. A pre-payment in the amount not less than 30%
of the ordered exhibition space cost and 100% of registration fee must
be paid within 5 bank days after the date of the invoice issue. Full payment
for participation shall be made not later than 30 days before the
exhibition build-up.
CANCELLATION
In the event the Exhibitor reduces its stand size or cancels its
participation it shall pay the Organizer a penalty in the following amount:
- one month before the exhibition - 50% of the participation
cost
- later than one month before the exhibition - 100% of the participation
cost
OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
The Organizer will publish the official catalogue of the exhibition
in Russian and English on the basis of company descriptions received from
the Exhibitors. Information for the catalogue (company name, address,
telephone, fax, e-mail, short description) must be submitted in electronic
form not later than 15 September, 2004.
For additional fee you can place in the official catalogue your promotional
materials, trademark, logo. Technical requirements to such materials can
be received on request.
If your business and/or products are subject to licensing, your company
description must include your license number as well as the name of the
authority, which issued this license. Advertising of products subject
to obligatory certification must include a note subject to obligatory
certification. Copies of licenses and certificates approved by the corresponding
authorities must be forwarded to the Organizer together with a company
description.
